About Therapy…
Therapy is a judgement-free zone where you can take the time to process your feelings and set goals for your future. I am so glad you have taken the time to look into therapy. Whether you have stumbled across the site by accident, or you have been searching long and hard for the right therapist for you, I want you to know you have made the choice to be brave. You have taken a giant step in beginning the process of creating change and choosing to take care of your mental health. I would love to speak more with you about the therapeutic process and long or short term goals that you have. Whether you have never tried therapy before or have been utilizing therapy for years, I want you to know that I am dedicated to providing a safe space for you.

Please note that I offer both individual and family therapy to women. My past experience includes but is not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit disorders, parenting/co-parenting, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorders, adjustment disorders, trauma, social skills challenges, and general communication challenges.

About Me…
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Houston in 2017. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University in 2013. I have over five years of clinical experience working with clients to help them achieve their personal goals. Witnessing people share their stories and seeing their empowerment and growth is the most wonderful privilege. I am a native Houstonian and enjoy eating Tex-Mex as often as I can, spending time with my family and our dog, and going to the zoo.
